PureCycle Technologies units consist of one share of common stock and a fraction of a redeemable warrant. These units were issued as part of the business combination when PureCycle merged with a SPAC to become publicly traded. Each unit provides combined exposure to both the equity and warrant instruments until they are separated and trade independently. Unit holders have the right to separate their units into the component securities under specified conditions.
